Do I need gutter installation experience?
It helps, but it's not a dealbreaker. If you have experience in roofing, construction, carpentry, screen rooms, soffit/fascia, aluminum, or any exterior trade, you'll pick it up faster. Character and work ethic come first. We have a structured onboarding process, and the right person will learn the McCloud system step by step with experienced team members.
What kind of work will I be doing?
Gutter installation, gutter guards, downspouts, soffit, fascia, and related rainwater management projects across Tampa Bay. Every day is hands-on, physical, and different.
Is this full-time?
Yes. We are looking for full-time, committed team members — not part-time or side-gig workers. We need people who are all in.
